Thanks, James for posting this video! It led me to the website and I'm learning sooo much. I'm busy drying foods now along with canning and freezing. I've made fruit roll-ups with peaches that my husband declared knee-slappin' good.Today I'll make banana chips.Thanks again,I've learned another way of feeding my family nourishing foods.
